Az erezőt használat előtt ajánlatos kukoricakeményítővel beszórni, hogy a massza ne ragadjon bele. Használat után langyos vízzel öblítsük el. A szett tartalmaz 2 db erezőt és 2 db szaggatót.  Mérete: kicsi 4,5x2,5 cm; nagy 5,7x3,3 cm. Tisztán tartás: a műanyag szaggató maximum 60 °C-os vízzel mosható, mosógépben nem tisztítható, a szilikon erező 240 °C-ig használható. Élelmiszer sütésére nem alkalmas.
